Personalized Yoga Rooted in Real Life
I believe yoga should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible — not intimidating. Originally from Northern California, I’ve been teaching yoga for 8 years with an approach rooted in helping people feel safe, seen, and supported in movement, whether they’re brand new to yoga or reconnecting with themselves after time away. I’m also a mother, which deeply shapes the way I hold space for people with compassion, patience, and real-life understanding.
I offer private yoga sessions because I know traditional studio spaces aren’t always comfortable or accessible for everyone. Private sessions allow people to move at their own pace, ask questions freely, build confidence, and practice in an environment that feels safe and convenient. I travel directly to clients, making yoga more approachable for busy schedules, beginners, older adults, and anyone wanting a more personal experience.
In addition to teaching public classes, I currently lead weekly private group yoga sessions at The Vineyards in Center Moriches, working with older adults and communities looking for supportive movement that helps people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
My goal is simple: to create spaces where people can breathe deeper, move intentionally, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or perfection.
